(SHSE:603200) agreed to acquire 90% stake in Beijing Huakai Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd from Su Dian, Wu Zhiyong, Zhu Hui, Zhang Xiangdong, Chen Peng and Zhang Bin for CNY 2.3 million on July 6, 2018.
