Shanghai Bihu Network Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive not more than CNY 27,000,000 in an equity round of funding on June 28, 2016. The transaction will include participation from new investors, Shanghai QiangSheng Holding Co., Ltd (SHSE:600662) for maximum of CNY 10,800,000 and Shanghai Jiushi Investment Management Co., Ltd. for maximum of CNY 16,200,000. The transaction does not require shareholder's approval of Shanghai QiangSheng Holding Co., Ltd (SHSE:600662). The transaction has been approved in the 21st session of the 8th directorate of Shanghai QiangSheng Holding Co., Ltd (SHSE:600662). The investors will acquire up to 25% stake in the company through this transaction. Shanghai QiangSheng Holding Co., Ltd (SHSE:600662) will acquire up to 10% stake and Shanghai Jiushi Investment Management Co., Ltd. will acquire up to 15% stake in the company through this transaction. The company reported total assets of CNY 3,470,260.83, net assets of CNY 2,973,578.59, operating revenue of CNY 0, and net loss of CNY 2,026,421.41 for the year ended December 31, 2015.
