The transaction will include participation from returning investor Shanghai QiangSheng Holding Co., Ltd (SHSE:600662) for 30,000,000 shares, Shanghai Zhongye Shantai Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) for 18,000,000 shares, and Shanghai Zhongye Shangtai Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) for 12,000,0000 shares to acquire 5.85%, 4.14%, and 2.765 stake respectively in the company.
