Shanghai Guao Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300551) signed the share transfer agreement to acquire 18.4% stake in Changzhou Belight Technology Co., Ltd from Taizhou Future Industry Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) for CNY 18 million on December 20, 2022. Shanghai Guao Electronic Technology within 5 days after the signing of this agreement, the buyer shall pay to the seller as a deposit for this equity transfer, which will be converted into the balance of the equity transfer price when the final overall equity is delivered. Shanghai Guao will use its own funds to fund te transaction. Shanghai Guao Electronic Technology board approved the transaction.
