Shanghai Yuhang Shipping Co., Ltd., Xu Jinkuan and Guo Xiaolin signed a letter of intent to acquire Zhejiang Lonyer Shipping Co., Ltd. from Shanghai Lonyer Fuels Co., Ltd. (SHSE:603003) for CNY 41.8 milion on November 11, 2019. Shanghai Yuhang Shipping Co., Ltd., Xu Jinkuan and Guo Xiaolin signed an agreement to acquire Zhejiang Lonyer Shipping Co., Ltd. from Shanghai Lonyer Fuels Co., Ltd. (SHSE:603003) for CNY 42.2 million recently. The deal value will paid in one single installment within 10 days of signing the agreement. For the year ended December 31, 2018, Zhejiang Lonyer Shipping Co., Ltd. reported total assets of CNY 41.3 million, net assets of CNY 37.2 million, revenue of CNY 6 million and net profit of CNY 4.6 million. The 23rd session of Shanghai Lonyer Fuels Co., Ltd. ’s 4th directorate approved the transaction.

Shanghai Lonyer Data Co Ltd, formerly Shanghai Lonyer Fuels Co Ltd, is a China-based company mainly engaged in data center (IDC) business and bulk commodity trading business. The IDC business provides Internet infrastructure services, cloud computing and big data platform services. Commodity trading business includes petrochemical trade and non-ferrous metal trade.
