Shanghai Wanye Enterprises Co.,Ltd. provided earnings guidance for the year 2017. For the year, the company expected the net profit belonging to shareholders of the listed company in 2017 will increase by between RMB 718 million and RMB 862 million with an increase of between 100% and 120% compared with the same period of the year before. The net profit belonging to shareholders of the listed company after excluding extraordinary profit and loss will increase by between RMB 28 million and RMB 138 million with an increase of between 5% and 25% compared with the same period of the year before.

The Company operates its businesses through two segments. The Real Estate segment is mainly engaged in the development and sales of residential real estate, with its main products being high-rise apartments. The Special Equipment Manufacturing Segment is mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of international high-end ion implanters. The Company mainly operate its businesses in the domestic market.
