Shanghai Yanhua Smartech Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE: 002178) won a bid to acquire Shanghai Zhendan Fire Engineering Co., Ltd. from Shanghai Electric International Fire Equipment Co., Ltd. for CNY 9.7 million in cash on August 25, 2011. The transaction shall be funded through internal resources. Within 30 days after the delivery date of the shares, Shanghai Zhendan Fire will complete the modification for industry and commerce. The Board of Shanghai Yanhua Smartech approved the transaction.
