Xiao Ling entered into a share transfer agreement to acquire Shanghai Zhendan Fire Engineering Co., Ltd. from Shanghai Yanhua Smartech Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002178) for CNY 14.1 million recently. The transaction does not need the approvals of the Shanghai Yanhua Smartech’s Directorate and shareholders.
