Shenzhen Waranty Assets Management Company Limited agreed to acquire Jiuqi (Suzhou) Environmental Innovation Development Co., Ltd. from Shenzhen Huakong Seg Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000068) for CNY 40.9 million on December 5, 2019. For the year ended December 31, 2018, Jiuqi (Suzhou) had operating revenue of CNY 0.99 million, operating loss of CNY 4.49 million and net loss of CNY 4.49 million. As at December 31, 2018, Jiuqi (Suzhou) had net assets of CNY 4.66 million and total assets of CNY 5.64 million. The transaction was approved by the 44th extraordinary meeting of the 6th directorate of Shenzhen Huakong. Approval from the shareholders’ meeting is still pending. China Appraisal Associates Co., Ltd. acted as valuer in the deal.
