Chen Jianhong, Zhuang Wenjian, Wu Qifeng, Hu Yiqing, Jiang Yuli, Li Yixiu, Yan Xingde, Yu Mingkai, Lu Rongnan, Gao Weizhi and Huang Junqin agreed to acquire 10.5% stake in HUA YANG Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. from Shenzhen Liande Automation Equipment co.,ltd. (SZSE:300545) for CNY 5.2 million on March 4, 2021. As per terms, the equity transfer price shall be paid within 7 working days from the effective date of this contract and shall assist in completing the equity transfer procedures within 30 working days from the date of receipt of the equity transfer price. After the completion of the above transaction, Shenzhen Liande Automation Equipment co.,ltd. will hold 29.50% stake, Chen Jianhong will hold 0.99% stake, Zhuang Wenjian will hold 0.62% stake, Wu Qifeng will hold 0.49% stake, Hu Yiqing will hold 1.2% stake, Jiang Yuli will hold 1.2% stake, Li Yixiu will hold 1.2% stake, Yan Xingde will hold 1.2% stake, Yu Mingkai will hold 0.62% stake, Lu Rongnan will hold 1.2% stake, Gao Weizhi will hold 1.2% stake and Huang Junqin will hold 0.68% stake of HUA YANG Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. The transaction was approved in the 34th meeting of the third board of directors of Shenzhen Liande Automation Equipment co.,ltd.
