Shenzhen Sinovatio Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002912) agreed to acquire 8% stake in SuZhou Maxnet Network Security Technology Co., LTD from Chen Li for CNY 10.7 million on October 23, 2018. Under the terms, Shenzhen Sinovatio Technology will acquire 3.2 million shares at unit price of CNY 3.4 per share. The transaction is funded by Shenzhen Sinovatio Technology own funds. The transaction has been approved by the Board of Directors of Shenzhen Sinovatio Technology Co., Ltd at 2nd session of the 2nd directorate held on October 23, 2018.
