Shenzhen Yingtangxin Technology Industry Development Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 90 million in a round of funding on May 10, 2022. The transaction will include participation from returning investor Shenzhen Yitoa Intelligent Control Co.,Ltd. fot CNY 31.5 million with 35% stake and Jingying Zhilian (Shenzhen) Investment Development Co., Ltd. for CNY 58.5 million with 65% stake The company issued common shares in the transaction.
