Mr. Liu Dan is an entrepreneur with over 10 years of chief executive experiences in the enterprises of the US and Mainland China. He founded and set up his own business, namely Fobuss Investment Co.
Inc. in San Francisco in 2004. Since 2006, Mr. Liu Dan was also the director of several companies in the financial sector in the PRC, such as Fobuss Asset Management (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. Mr. Liu Dan has entered into a service agreement with the Company for a fixed term of three years with effect from 21 January 2015.
