Community value-added services offer community asset management, carpark sales related services, home improvement services, smart community solutions and other services, including housekeeping and home electronics repair and maintenance services. Value-added services to non-property owners include sales office management services, preliminary planning and design consultancy services and repair and maintenance services. The Company mainly conducts its businesses in the China market.
