Shinsung Solar Energy Co.,Ltd. (KOSE: A011930) agreed to sell 1.6% stake in Hankook Silicon Co., Ltd. for KRW 9 billion on November 11, 2011. Shinsung Solar Energy will sell 1.8 million shares. The transaction is expected to be completed by November 21, 2011. Hankook Silicon Co., Ltd. reported revenues of KRW 67.2 billion, net income of KRW 34.3 billion, total assets of approximately KRW 390 billion and shareholders' equity of approximately KRW 100 billion in 2010.
