Ship Healthcare Holdings, Inc. (TSE:3360) agreed to acquire additional 83.1% stake in Kingrun Co., Ltd from Izumi Tone, Tatsuya Matsubara, Kingrun Employee Stockholding Association and Other 21 shareholders for ¥ 8.7 million on April 27, 2022. Pre acquisition Ship Healthcare Holdings, Inc. held 14.% stake in Kingrun Co., Ltd. Post acquisition Ship Healthcare Holdings, Inc will hold 794,536 shares, representing 98% stake in Kingrun Co., Ltd. For the period ended May 31, 2021, Kingrun Co., Ltd reported net assets of ¥ 5.7 million, total assets of ¥ 21.3 million, sales of ¥ 26.2 million. Transaction is expected to close in July 1, 2022.
