SHOUGANG FUSHAN RESOURCES GROUP LIMITED The board of directors of Shougang Fushan Resources Group Limited announced with deep regret that Mr. Chan Chung Chun, an Independent Non-executive Director of the company, chairman of the remuneration committee and a member of each of the audit committee and the nomination committee of the company, passed away on 8 May 2015. The late Mr. Chan joined the Board as an Independent Non-executive Director since 2012.
