Sub.: Updates on tender offer for purchase of eligible Senior Secured Notes issued under the Company's USD 3,500,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Programme ("GMTN Programme") in accordance with Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations")

In furtherance to our letter dated July 25, 2022, July 28, 2022 and October 17, 2022, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, we are furnishing in the Annexure the details of 5.100% Senior Secured Notes due 2023 ("Notes") purchased and settlement made by the Company on November 4, 2022 as per the Early Results of the Tender Offer announced and intimated on October 31, 2022.

Repurchase of the Notes listed on the international stock exchanges was in compliance with the applicable laws including Master Directions on External Commercial Borrowings, Trade Credits and Structured Obligations issued by the Reserve Bank of India on March 26, 2019 (as amended from time to time).
