Shunya International Martech (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300612) agreed to acquire an additional 20% stake in Tianjin Xingyan Yunhui Network Technology Co., Ltd. from Heze Zhongxing Enterprise Management Consulting Center (Limited Partnership) for CNY 36 million on September 29, 2019. Shunya International Martech (Beijing) Co., Ltd. plans to sign an agreement. As on November 5, 2019, a share transfer agreement was signed for the transaction. Prior to the transaction, Shunya International Martech (Beijing) Co., Ltd. held 20% stake and Heze Zhongxing Enterprise Management Consulting Center (Limited Partnership) held 48% stake and after the transaction, Shunya International Martech (Beijing) Co., Ltd. will hold 40% stake and Heze Zhongxing Enterprise Management Consulting Center (Limited Partnership) will hold 28% stake in Tianjin Xingyan Yunhui Network Technology Co., Ltd. As on November 4, 2019, Tianjin Xingyan Yunhui Network Technology Co., Ltd. completed the change in business registration filing and obtained the business license issued by the market supervision administration of Wuqing district in Tianjin city. The Board of Directors of Shunya International Martech (Beijing) Co., Ltd. approved the transaction and the transaction is not subject to approval of shareholders of Tianjin Xingyan Yunhui Network Technology Co., Ltd.
