(SZSE:300780) agreed to acquire 20% stake in Chengdu Jinding Precision Casting Co., Ltd. from Chengdu Jinding Camshaft Founding Co., Ltd. for CNY 38 million on May 7, 2022. As on March 31, 2022, Chengdu Jinding Precision Casting Co., Ltd. generated total assets of CNY 284.8 million and net assets of CNY 116.8 million. The transaction is approved by the Board of Directors of Sichuan Dawn Precision Technology Co., Ltd. and is expected to complete before June 30, 2022.
