Shaanxi Etrol Technologies Co., Ltd. signed a share transfer agreement to acquire 32% stake in Xi'an Etrol Dinghui Information Technology Co., Ltd. from Beijing Etrol Technologies Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300370) for CNY 25.6 million recently. After the transaction, Anji Jiangyihong enterprise management partnership will hold 51% stake in Xi'an Etrol Dinghui Information Technology Co., Ltd. and Beijing Etrol Technologies Co., Ltd. will hold 19% stake in Xi'an Etrol Dinghui Information Technology Co., Ltd.
The financials of Xi'an Etrol Dinghui as of December 31, 2018 were total assets of approximately CNY 390 million, total common equity of CNY 86 million, total revenue of CNY 120 million and net profit of CNY 0.22 million. The transaction was approved by the Board of Directors of Beijing Etrol Technologies Co., Ltd. at 4th directorate’s 55th meeting on November 22, 2019.
