Sichuan Haowu Electromechanical Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000757) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to CNY 30 million worth of its shares. The repurchase price shall not exceed CNY 5.20 per share.
Repurchased shares will be used for implementation of equity incentive plans or employee stock ownership plans. The repurchases will be funded using company's own funds. The implementation period of the repurchase of shares shall be within 12 months.
