Sigma Healthcare Limited advised that Mr. Vikesh Ramsunder has been appointed to the Board of Sigma effective February 17, 2022. This appointment will be confirmed by a resolution of shareholders at the AGM proposed on 12 May 2022. Vikesh commenced as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Sigma Healthcare on 1 February 2022.
