LG Energy Solution, Ltd. signed an LOI to acquire a 6% stake in Battery-grade high purity and environmentally sustainable lithium concentrate from Sigma Lithium Corporation (TSXV:SGML) on October 5, 2021. Transaction involves signing of a binding term sheet for an offtake agreement on a 'take or pay' basis for the sale of 6% battery-grade high purity and environmentally sustainable lithium concentrate to LG Energy Solution, Ltd.
