(A) Deregistration of Subsidiary;

(B)250,000-tonne Projects Commenced Commercial Operation

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of SIIC ENVIRONMENT HOLDINGS LTD. (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce the following:

(A) Deregistration of Subsidiary

The Company's indirect 100% owned subsidiary, SIIC Environment Industrial (Taixing) Co., Ltd. (上實環境實業（泰興）有限公司) ("SIIC Taixing"), a company incorporated in the People's Republic of China with limited liabilities, has been deregistered (the "Deregistration").

The Deregistration of SIIC Taixing is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets and earnings per share of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2022.

None of the Directors, controlling shareholders or substantial shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect in the Deregistration, save for their shareholdings in the Company.

1. 250,000-tonneProjects Commenced Commercial Operation

Yuyao City (Xiaocao'e) Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant（"WWTP"）Project 3rd Phase Batch

2 (Upgrade and Reconstruction)（"Xiaocao'e Project 3rd Phase Batch 2"）completed construction and commenced commercial operation since January 1, 2022. Xiaocao'e Project 3rd Phase Batch 2 is designed with a capacity of 25,000 tonnes per day and discharge standard as Zhejiang Province Clean Discharge standard.

In addition, the Yuyao City (Xiaocao'e) Municipal WWTP Project has been upgraded, with a total designed capacity of 225,000 tonnes per day and discharge standard as Zhejiang Province Clean Discharge standard. The project commenced commercial operations retroactively since July 1, 2021. The details are as follows:
