Claim for annulment of the AMF's conformity decision regarding

Icade's public offer for Silic - Paris Appeal Court sets date for ruling

Silic has announced that at a hearing held on 21 March 2013, the Paris Appeal Court set a date of 20

June 2013 for its ruling on the two claims made by SMAVie BTP and the Association pour la Défense des Actionnaires Minoritaires (French small shareholders' association) for annulment of the

conformity decision issued by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers on 24 April 2012 regarding Icade's

public offer for Silic.

In accordance with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers' decision to extend the offer until 4 July 2012, Icade's public offer for Silic remains open until further notice.
