Subject: Notification of the Employee Joint Investment Program (EJIP) Group no.3

Refer to the resolutions of the Board of Directors' Meeting No. 4/2022 of Silicon Craft Technology Public Company Limited ("the Company" or SICT) dated Aug 10, 2022 on the approval of the Employee Joint Investment Program (EJIP) Group no.3 and its program period in accordance with the Notification of the Office of Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) SorJor 38/2561 dated July 16, 2018 concerning the preparation and disclosure of report on holding securities by directors, managers, and auditors. EJIP is an investment program on accumulative buying of the Company's shares on a periodic basis, serving as another means of compensating employees of the Company and its subsidiaries. The details of EJIP are as follows:

Starting from September 1, 2022 till September 6, 2025
Eligible employees under EJIP
Employees in with high responsibilities, dedicated, determined and being in key positions with having good performances in the year of 2021
EJIP arrangement
The proportion between the Company's contributions and the employees' investments is 99% to 1% of the said project investment. It will be done through Phillip Securities (Thailand) Public Company Limited to provide investment management for the company by investing in SICT shares within the date the company designated every month. The company will deduct the investment through the employee's payroll from September 2022 to August 2025.
5. Conditions for holding the securities
Program participants have the right to sell shares directly in the stock market when the project has been passed to the first and the second year of this program by being able to sell all the shares held in the account. The company will cease payment to employees in the event that the employee has ceased from being an employee while the program has not yet expired.
