SilverSun Technologies, Inc. announced that it expects to receive $1 billion in funding from Sequoia Heritage, Jacobs Private Equity, LLC and other investors

SilverSun Technologies, Inc. announced that it will receive $1,000 million in an equity round of funding led by new investor Brad Jacobs through Jacobs Private Equity, LLC on December 3, 2023. The transaction will include participation of $900 million from new investor, Jacobs Private Equity, LLC and $100 million from new investor such as Sequoia Heritage and the minority co-investors. Following the closing of the equity investment, Jacobs Private Equity, LLC will be the controlling stockholder of the company.
