Rancho Capital Management, Inc. entered into share purchase agreement to acquire a majority stake in Silverton Adventures, Inc. (OTCPK:SVAD) from Ron Miller for $0.02 million on November 5, 2014. Miller agreed to sell to Rancho Capital all of Miller's right, title and ownership interest in and to approximately 4 billion common stock and 6 shares of Series B preferred stock in exchange for the payment by Rancho Capital of $0.02 million.
