The Company operates its businesses through subsidiaries, such as Simbhaoli Power Private Limited (SPPL), Integrated Casetech Consultants Private Limited (ICCPL), and Simbhaoli Speciality Sugars Private Limited (SSSPL). It has three sugar complexes in Simbhaoli (Western Uttar Pradesh), Chilwaria (Eastern Uttar Pradesh) and Brijnathpur (Western Uttar Pradesh).
