Certain Common Shares of Vamos Locação de Caminhões, Máquinas e Equipamentos S.A. are subject to a Lock-Up Agreement Ending on 28-JUL-2021. These Common Shares will be under lockup for 180 days starting from 29-JAN-2021 to 28-JUL-2021.
Details:
For the period of 180 days after the date of disclosure of the Material Fact of the Price per Share, the Company, its administrators and the Selling Shareholder, except with the prior written consent of the Offer Coordinators and the International Placement Agents, and with due regard for exceptions and other restrictions provided for in the Placement Agreement and the International Placement Agreement or in the respective Lock-up Agreements, as applicable, have certain restrictions on the trading of common shares issued by the Company.
