The Company has today been notified that on 5 July 2013 Hugh Etheridge, a Director of the
Company, purchased 9,750 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Shares") at a price of
130 pence per Share.
Following this purchase, Mr Etheridge's beneficial interest in the Company is 9,750 Shares, amounting to approximately 0.06 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
