SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES waived the resolutions on capital measures due to large orders
October 29, 2021

Kahl am Main, 29 October 2021 - Against the background of the spread of the SARS-COV-2, SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES today held its Extraordinary General Meeting as a virtual event without the physical presence of the shareholders online. Shortly before the start of the extraordinary general meeting, the company published the conclusion of contracts with a volume of approx. € 25 million for the delivery of production systems for the manufacture of CdTe and CIGS solar modules. The contracts for the delivery of the systems were signed today on October 29, 2021 in Shanghai, China.

This opens up new opportunities for the company to stabilize its capital base, so that the capital measures proposed on the basis of the resolutions proposed by the extraordinary general meeting are no longer necessary. The resolution on agenda items 2, 3 and 4 was therefore omitted. In the Extraordinary General Meeting, the Management Board reported on item 1 of the agenda on the loss of half of the company's share capital in accordance with Section 92 (1) AktG. The preliminary financial indicators for the first nine months of the 2021 financial year have been explained.
