RESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND

CHANGE IN BOARD COMMITTEE MEMBER

The board (the ''Board'') of directors (the ''Directors'') of Sino-i Technology Limited (the ''Company'') announces that Professor Jiang Ping (''Prof. Jiang'') has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the Company due to his decision to spend more time on personal engagement, with effect from 21 September 2019. Prof. Jiang will also cease to be a member of the audit committee, remuneration committee and nomination committee of the Company on the same day. Prof. Jiang has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and that there are no other matters in relation to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company or The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its sincere gratitude to Prof. Jiang for his valuable contribution to the Company and the Board during his tenure of office.
