Sinocare Inc. (SZSE:300298) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to CNY 200 million worth of its shares. The shares will be repurchased at a price not more than CNY 35 per share.
The shares repurchased will be used for equity incentives, employee stock ownership plans or to convert corporate bonds issued by the company that can be converted into stocks. The program will be valid for 12 months.
