Sinocat Environmental Technology Co.,Ltd. (SHSE:688737) commences a share repurchases on March 1, 2023, under the program mandated by the shareholders in the Extraordinary General Meeting held on February 7, 2023. As per the mandate, the company is authorized to repurchase up to CNY 40 million worth of its shares. The shares will be repurchased at a price of not more than CNY 54.68 per share. The company will use its own funds to repurchase its shares. The authorization will be valid for a period of 12 months.
On July 19, 2023, the company announced that it has adjusted the maximum repurchase price from not more than CNY 54.68 per share to not more than CNY 39.12 per share.
