Hunan Chinaly New Material Co., Ltd. announced a private placement of 495,491,031.61 shares at issue price of CNY 2.0182 per share for the gross proceeds of CNY 1,000,000,000 on May 18, 2021. Existing investors, Sinoma Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002080) subscribed to CNY 331,979,000 of registered capital for CNY 670,000,000, Changyuan (Shenzhen) New Energy Automobile Industry Phase I Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) subscribed to CNY 38,152,800 of registered capital for CNY 77,000,000 and Changyuan (Shenzhen) New Energy Automobile Industry Phase II Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) subscribed to CNY 125,359,200 of registered capital for CNY 253,000,000. After the transaction, Sinoma Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002080), Changyuan (Shenzhen) New Energy Automobile Industry Phase I Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) and Changyuan (Shenzhen) New Energy Automobile Industry Phase II Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) will hold 62.61%, 9.14% and 21.98% stake in the company respectively. The transaction has been approved in the 52nd session of the company’s 7th directorate held and is subject to the approvals of the shareholders.
