VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

IN RELATION TO

THE COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH ICEDERBY INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD

FOR PROJECT IN HAINAN

This announcement is made by China Vanguard You Champion Holdings Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") on a voluntary basis to keep the shareholders and potential investors informed of the latest business development of the Group.

The board of directors (the "Board") of the Company is pleased to announce that dated on 25th April 2018, a subsidiary of the Group has signed legally binding cooperation agreement (the "Cooperation Agreement") with Icederby International Co., Ltd. ("Icederby International").

The cooperation with Icederby International is to promote and launch Icederby ("Icederby") and associated activities in Hainan, and based on both parties' respective business foundation, advantages and resources, in attempt to jointly obtain all necessary approvals and licenses for Icederby and its associated activities. The Cooperation Agreement has a term of 5 years.

REASONS FOR AND BENEFITS OF ENTERING INTO THE COOPERATION AGREEMENT

The concept of Icederby is a new form of professional ice skate racing conducted on a 220-meter track that integrates two popular Winter Olympics sports-Long Track Speed Skating (on a track of 400 meters) and Short Track Speed Skating (on a track of 110 meters) - where the skaters from both disciplines compete among each other, and it also provides a complete "sportainment" featuring various entertainments alongside races.

After China successfully won the bid to host the 2022 Winter Olympic Game, the relevant government departments become active in supporting the project related to skiing and skating in southern part of China under the guidance and advocating by the Chinese Government. The Board believes that, the Group can follow the development direction of the country to seek for new opportunities. The cooperation with Icederby International, will be able to fully utilize the foundation that was built recently from the cooperation between the Group and Hainan Huan Yu Assets Investment Company Limited* (海南桓裕實業投資有限公司), as well as the business presence of the Group in Hainan, to perfect the diversity of the Group's business chain in Hainan, and also more effectively utilize resources from each parties to explore the market, in generating synergy effects and to create value for the shareholders of the Company.

With the advantage of an excellent R&D team and abundant industry experience, the Group has applied the relevant "Internet Plus" solutions into multiple market segments, including government affairs, leasing, health and tourism. The Group also has the advantage of covering the lottery business in many provinces and cities, providing the leading hardware and international award-winning online-offline interactive solutions to the lottery industry in a number of provinces and cities in the PRC. Meanwhile, The Group is also the priority strategic partner of Tencent Cloud Computing (Beijing) Company Limited ("Tencent Cloud") on a nationwide basis in four specific market segments, namely government affairs, public security, health and lottery. Also, the Group is the business partner with the Shenzhen branch of China UnionPay on a nationwide authorization on the "Mobile QuickPass' (雲閃付) platform.

ABOUT ICEDERBY INTERNATIONAL

Icederby International Co., Ltd., is a company established in Republic of Korea. It mainly engages in development of and holds Icederby races and its competitive pari-mutuel business, and actively in pursuit of legal licenses as a pari-mutuel business in many nations.

To the best of the Board's knowledge, information and belief having made all reasonable enquiries, Icederby International is a third party independent of and not connected with the Company and its core connected person (as defined in the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "GEM Listing Rules")).

The Board considers that the Cooperation Agreement was entered into in the ordinary course of business of the Company and on normal commercial terms after arm's length negotiation.

This cooperation is on a pioneer project, the relevant approval may or may not be obtained, shareholders and potential investors of the Company are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company.
