Siri Prime Office Property Fund announced unaudited earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2015. For the quarter, the company reported total income of THB 43,047,000 against THB 37,585,000 a year ago. Net investment income was THB 30,837,000 against THB 25,203,000 a year ago. Total realized and unrealized gains on investments was THB 81,153,000 against THB 23,503,000 a year ago. Increase in net assets resulting from operations was THB 111,990,000 against THB 48,706,000 a year ago. Earnings per share were THB 0.6588 against THB 0.2865 a year ago.
For the six months, the company reported total income of THB 81,414,000 against THB 37,585,000 a year ago. Net investment income was THB 57,930,000 against THB 25,203,000 a year ago. Total realized and unrealized gains on investments was THB 98,181,000 against THB 23,503,000 a year ago. Increase in net assets resulting from operations was THB 156,111,000 against THB 48,706,000 a year ago. Net cash flow from operations was THB 55,009,000 against net cash flow used in operations of THB 1,662,552 a year ago. Net asset value at the end of period per unit was THB 11.0470 against THB 10.2865 a year ago. Earnings per share were THB 0.9183 against THB 0.2865 a year ago.
Siri Prime Office Property Fund is a Thailand-based is a closed-end property fund. The Fund is principally engaged in the rental of immovable properties. The Fund's objective is to raise funds from general investors, both individuals and juristic persons, locally and internationally whereby the proceeds from such fundraising are used to purchase, lease and/or sub-lease immovable properties. The Fund shall also improve, modify, construct and/or develop immovable properties by taking the transfer of a construction permit and/or applying for other permits and/or executing any transactions necessary and advisable for immovable properties. The Fund's objective is to make an initial investment in Siripinyo Building, which is an office building for rent. SCB Asset Management Company Limited acts as the Company's Fund Manager.
