Site Market Update

The Directors of Site Group International Limited ("Site", ASX:SIT) are pleased to provide the following market update.

Australia

Site has been successful in the winning of four preferred supplier contracts, each with a 2-3 year life with extension options. The contracts are with a mixture of local and regional government agencies in Queensland and two National corporate clients. Initial revenues from these contracts are expected to commence from October 2017 with approximate revenues of $2.2m per annum.

Myanmar

The Directors of Site are also pleased to announce that it has been contracted to deliver its Competence Based Technician Development Programme in Yangon, Myanmar to develop 40 trainees to "Job Ready" status for Thailand's national oil company PTTEP. The delivery will be undertaken with our partner Uniteam Training at their training facility in Yangon. This facility comprises Site's Safe Live Process Plant (SLPP), centralised control room and associated equipment and systems plus Uniteam's offshore survival centre. This contract represents the fourth batch of trainees to be developed at the centre. The programme is 12 months in duration and includes the competence development of Junior Production Technicians, Junior Instrument Technicians, Junior Electrical Technicians and Junior Mechanical Technicians to PTTEP's competence and task profiles and commences 1st September 2017.

Site and Uniteam will also commence Work Integrated Learning (WIL) program for Woodside on October 12th. The 16-week competence based program is structured to align itself with Yangon Technology University's Curriculum for Bachelor of Engineering designed for Petroleum Engineers and focuses on specific disciplines within the petroleum engineering family including production, instrumentation and process automation, electrical, mechanical plus a range of related degree disciplines.

KSA (Saudi)

Site recently won the tender to operate the National Construction Training Centre in Nairiyah, Saudi Arabia. The first cohort of 240 students commence on the 10th of September 2017. This expands the operations in Saudi Arabia to 3 colleges, including two in the Jazan region. Site is servicing the 'Saudization' requirements of major multinationals including Petrofac, NSH, Daewoo, CCC and SAIPEM. There will be approximately 600 students training in September over the 3 colleges.

Site has previously announced revenues expected of AUD $12 million over the next 3 years from the Nairiyah project.

OceanaGold Graduation Ceremony - Underground Metalliferous Mining Program

On Wednesday 23 August the sixth cohort of trainees graduated from the underground metalliferous mining work readiness course. The graduation was attended by Government officials including Ms Elodie Journet (Senior Trade Commissioner & Counsellor, Australian Embassy), Mr Manual Roldan (DOLE Regional Director Region III) and Mr David Way (General Manager, Didipio Operations, OceanaGold). The next cohort of trainees commences September 4.

Orica Advanced Mining Awareness Course

Orica Philippines candidates commenced training this week for an advanced mining awareness pilot course which will utilise the underground training facilities at Clark. Dependent on the outcome of this pilot management expects additional courses for Orica underground and open pit operations.

GE Training

GE trainees from China and Taiwan have recently completed hydraulic, bolting and rigging courses at Clark. At the beginning of September GE will be commencing intermediate level gas turbine program focusing on maintenance inspection.

Labour Supply Africa

Site Workready continues to supply Lycopodium with labour for projects in Burkina Faso and Senegal, Africa. Additional workers are due for deployment in September bringing the total number of workers to 100. This project is now generating AUD$200k in revenue per month.

Labour Placement Australia and New Zealand

Site Workready continues to supply skilled labour into Australia and continues to develop the business, as the demand for overseas skilled labour increases in New Zealand. A significant increase in inquiries has been noticeable as demand stabilises.

Summary

Overall the collective value of the above announcements includes potential additional revenue of over AUD $3.5m per annum which leads to expected revenues for FY2018 in excess of AUD $36m, up from the previously announced target of AUD$ 32.9 million. Management maintains its forecast EBITDA target of 10% for the 2017/2018 Financial Year.

Site Institute has students studying in Australia from countries including Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru and South Korea, with additional networks being established in other countries.

Site Online

Site established an online learning, learning software and platform development business. Site Online services and hosts Site's learning, student and competency management systems across its businesses, develops online learning programs, and converts existing learning content in to online programs.

Site Online is also established to service requirements of clients including those of other business units.

Site Group International Pte Ltd

The Site Group International business division builds immersive training environments for the purposes of undertaking competency development, specifically the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning of Safe Live Process Plant environments.

SGI is based in Singapore and Malaysia and services predominately oil and gas industry clients throughout the world, utilising industry best practice and international standards for the development of competency frameworks and implementation of training programs.

TESOL Asia

TESOL Asia is a training and industry focussed organisation for Teachers in the English as a Second Language (ESL) sector. It provides access to training, consulting, industry conferences and academic journals around the world.

Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) focusses on bringing English language acquisition academics together with professional teachers to support and develop the industry globally.
