Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal

Year.

On January 1, 2023, Parkway Acquisition Corp. (the "Company") amended its Articles of Incorporation to change its name to "Skyline Bankshares, Inc." Also on January 1, 2023, the Company amended its Amended and Restated Bylaws to reflect the name change. Copies of the Company's Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation and Amended and Restated Bylaws are attached hereto as Exhibits 3.1 and 3.2, respectively, and incorporate herein by reference. No action is required from current shareholders in relation to the name change.
