ADJOURNMENT OF HEARING OF THE WINDING UP PETITION

This announcement is made by SMI Culture & Travel Group Holdings Limited (the "Company") under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and pursuant to Rule 13.09(1) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

Reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated 3 June 2020 ("Announcement") in relation, among other things, the Amended Petition that the hearing was fixed on 5 August 2020 at the Court. Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

The Company announces that on 5 August 2020, the Court ordered that the hearing of the Amended Petition be adjourned to 30 September 2020.

The Company will keep its shareholders and investors informed of any significant development of the Amended Petition as and when appropriate.
