Smith & Wesson Brands, Inc. has authorized a $0.12 per share quarterly dividend, which will be paid to stockholders of record on March 21, 2024 with payment to be made on April 4, 2024.

The Company sells its products under the Smith & Wesson, M&P, and Gemtech brands. The Company manufactures its products at its facilities in Springfield, Massachusetts; Houlton, Maine; and Deep River, Connecticut. The Company also provides manufacturing services, including forging, heat treating, rapid prototyping, tooling, finishing, plating, machining, and custom plastic injection molding.
