Court approves Scheme of Arrangement

SMS Management & Technology Limited (ASX: SMX) (SMS) is pleased to announce that the Supreme Court of Victoria (Court) has today made orders approving the scheme of arrangement for the proposed acquisition of SMS by ASG Group Limited (Scheme).

SMS expects to lodge a copy of the Court's orders approving the Scheme with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) on Thursday, 7 September 2017, at which time the Scheme will become effective.

It is expected that trading in SMS's shares on ASX will be suspended from close of trading on Thursday, 7 September 2017.
