Snowline Gold Corp. entered into an agreement to acquire Einarson Project & Adjacent Gold Target for CAD 6.62432 million on April 25, 2024. The consideration consists of CAD 1.2 million and 1.012 million common shares of Snowline.

In a related transaction, Snowline is acquiring Einarson Project through purchase of a privately held 30% interest in 3,003 mineral claims. The acquisition consists 30% interest in Einarson, 100% interest in Venus, 100% interest in several additional claims, and the purchase of physical assets in the area.
