FILING OF THE DEEDS OF MERGER BY INCORPORATION OF ABC ASSICURA AND BERICA VITA IN CATTOLICA ASSICURAZIONI

Verona, 27 December 2021. Following what was already communicated during 2021 and most recently on 3 December 2021, Cattolica Assicurazioni makes available to the public, at the registered office, on the company's website at www.cattolica.it, section "Governance/Extraordinary Operations" and on the storage mechanism authorized by Consob called "eMarket STORAGE", managed by Spafid Connect Spa and accessible from the website www.emarketstorage.com, the deeds of merger by incorporation of the wholly owned companies ABC Assicura and Berica Vita in Cattolica Assicurazioni.

Both deeds were filed today with the competent Verona Company Register: consequently, since the registration took place by 31 December 2021, the mergers will be effective from 11:59 p.m. on 31 December 2021, with accounting and tax effects prior to January 1, 2021, as envisaged in the same deeds.
