VINCI SA (ENXTPA:DG) has teamed up with Eiffage SA (ENXTPA:FGR) for exclusive talks to potentially acquire the 33.9% that the parties do not jointly own in Société Marseillaise du Tunnel Prado Carénage (ENXTPA:SMTPC), a filing showed on April 23, 2021. Vinci's concessions subsidiary, which holds 33.29% of SMTPC, and Eiffage, which owns 32.92%, have offered EUR 23 per share for the remaining units they do not jointly own, valuing the entire business at about EUR 134.3 million (USD 162.5m), according to bourse data. The price represents a premium of 30.3% over SMTPC's closing price on March 31, when negotiations were first announced.

If a transaction is carried out, Vinci and Eiffage plan to initiate a squeeze-out and own equal holdings in the business, which will be either delisted or moved to the Euronext Growth segment.
