ANNOUNCEMENT

PURSUANT TO RULE 3.7 OF THE TAKEOVERS CODE

END OF OFFER PERIOD

This announcement is made pursuant to Rule 3.7 of the Takeovers Code.

The Company refers to its announcements (the "Announcements") dated 11 March 2020, 9 April 2020, 11 May 2020, 11 June 2020 and 15 July 2020 in relation to, among others, the Potential Transaction. Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used herein have the same meanings as those defined the in Announcements.

UPDATE ON THE POTENTIAL TRANSACTION

The Board wishes to update the shareholders and potential investors of the Company that in relation to the Potential Transaction referred to in the announcement of 11 March 2020, all previous discussions with various investors have now been terminated and have not at this time resulted in the terms for a Potential Transaction being agreed.

As at the date of this announcement, no formal or legally binding agreement has been entered into between the Company and any third party in respect of the Potential Transaction. As such, the Company will cease to publish further monthly announcements in respect of the progress of the Potential Transaction, which would otherwise be required under Rule 3.7 of the Takeovers Code.

END OF OFFER PERIOD

For the purpose of the Takeovers Code, the offer period ends on the date of this announcement.
