SOLAR FABRIK AG FUER PRODUKTION VERTRIEB Solar-Fabrik AG (ISIN: DE0006614712) reached an agreement with the workers' council to reduce 65 jobs in Freiburg. The individual separations will be communicated by the end of May and will lead to cost reduction within the following three months due to insolvency regulations.
With 90 jobs remaining Solar-Fabrik achieves a massive decrease in production costs as well as competitive overhead costs. The workers' council and the management of the company agree that this step generates the best possible foundation for a new investor to continue the operations in Freiburg.
