in Solon Eiendom ASA of  5,173,790.00 shares corresponding to 0.00 % of the
total share capital and the voting rights. Danske Bank A/S has no other shares
or rights in Solon. Danske Bank A/S has no financial exposure in Solon following
the transaction described in this statement. This information is subject to the
